    Maintain customer/ prospects
First open the existing company and click on the maintain option and a list is open in which you chose the first option customer/prospects.

After choosing customer/ prospects the following window will appear.

in this window you are required to fill the following options

CUSTOMER ID
                         In customer you can put the customer id 
       

CUSTOMER NAME       
                                    In this box you can write the customer name

There are two box to check the
·       Prospect
·       Inactive
There are five tabs in this and in first the general tab which you fill the following information. In general tab   you fill the following thing
o  Contact
o  Address
o  City
o  Country
o  Sale tax
o  Fax
o  Email
o  Beginning balance etc.
Ø In next tab you fill these info.
o  Sales rep
o  General sales account
o  Open P.O#
o  Ship via
o  Resale #
o  Pricing level
o  Term and conditions etc.
You can also put the delivery options here.

In third tab you the put the detail  information about the person who make you the payment, in the picture you can see the whole requirements.


In 4th tab you put the info about the representative. In this tab the whole information about the representative is available.

In last tab you can put the history of customer the date which the customer made , last invoice date , last invoice amount , last payment date , last payment amount and last statement date , in columns three things are mention
o  Period history
o  Sales
o  Cash
The software will show the period history , sales and payments of the customer
